Todd Jason Ritondaro

Todd Ritondaro is an American photographer and multidisciplinary artist whose work explores presence, memory, and the emotional atmosphere of place. He has spent the past fourteen years traveling and working extensively across East Africa and Europe. Working primarily with film, and extending his practice through charcoal and ink, his work moves between wilderness landscapes, quiet moments of travel, and intimate studies of light and shadow—seeking the quiet mystery that exists just beneath ordinary moments.

His practice is rooted in the belief that photography can be a form of inner work, a way of seeing more clearly in both the outer world and within oneself.

In addition to his artistic practice, Ritondaro leads intimate photographic retreats in East Africa and Europe, where creative practice, presence, and the natural world intersect.

He is also a breathwork facilitator and Reiki practitioner trained by Lara Elliott and occasionally incorporates these practices into private one-on-one sessions and intimate retreats.
